Restricted account

My account is temporarily restricted due to account registration updates.  I have an order that I need to send, but am unable to buy and print a shipping label until my account is freed up.  Am I allowed to just ship the package from the post office and pay the postage myself, or must I go through E-bay?

You are allowed to ship the item from the post office.  Using eBay shipping labels is not mandatory.

Yes, you can do that, just be sure to add the tracking number to the order.
