Requirements for having a store

If I sign up and become an eBay store is it mandatory to take returns and is it mandatory that has to ship within the first day?

You are currently a top rated seller.  If you change your return policy to No Returns, or have a handling time more than 1 day, you will lose your top rated status.

There are no shipping or return requirements for store subscribers. Or to be top rated. As you know, your items do not qualify for the TRS+ discount without 1 day handling and free returns (in most categories).

I read the contract with a fine tuned comb looking for this particular subject and it was not posted. I will not accept return and I will not have same day shipping. I guess I'll have to no longer be a store.

@disneyshopper  was referencing the requirements to get the top rated plus discount, not to have a store.

With 700+ listings, a basic store will save you a lot on insertion fees, plus some on final value fees.
