Having problems requesting a call back from eBay. In the past I could submit a call back request online and someone would call me fairly quickly. Now, I am directed to an automated assistant who puts me through loops asking and answering questions which are apparent and have already been discussed. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you.

The best way is to use help & contact to get a page about your topic, then use the contact us link at the bottom of the page.
If that doesn't work, use this general link “have us call you” - https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.
