Requesting a refund

Buyer is requesting a return for an item that way delivered to them January 31, 2025, Saying it was not as described or pictured. They have had this item for 11 days, and are just now requesting a return what are my options as a seller? I do NOT accept returns on my account but because they said “not as described or pictured” they can request a refund?

Buyers have up to 30 days to file a Return Request.

Ebay's 30 day Money Back Guarantee overrides your "No Returns" policy.

Approve the return, provide a prepaid return shipping label and refund the buyer when the returned item is delivered to your return shipping address.
