Buyer requested return and the reasoning was the item was not as described. They are new cowboy boots that were tried on and worn on the home for approximately one hour to see how they felt. Held onto them because they were discontinuing the style and thought I may want them later. Ending up listing them and they sold through an offer. Buyer received the item and then took them to a shoe cobbler and had them polished and that changed how the bottom of the sole looked. Main complaint is that the shaft of the boot isn't stiff like new but this leather is high end and every pair that I have had from them does not have a stiff shaft. I hit the accept return button my mistake. Cannot find a way to reverse that so i proceeded with the label process. After a bit, i looked up the buyer's feedback, which i should have done first and they have a poor rating with some rough feedback out there. Rated a 67.7 on 290 feedbacks and i am rated a 100% on 101 feedbacks. Feel like maybe they had buyer's remorse and maybe this is just the way they do business hence the poor rating. Wishing that the accept return process was a little clearer and not taking place from the click of one button without recourse. Cost of tuition I suppose?
