How does a person get false feedback modified or removed when reporting did nothing? The buyer left false feedback and sent multiple confrontational messages. I filed a claim detailing and proving the buyer was incorrect and at fault, including links to documents, but nothing was done. I know that not everyone can be pleased, but lying in unacceptable to me. I'd love some constructive input.

Unfortunately nothing about that neutral feedback violates any feedback policy. You can leave a reply to the feedback giving your side of the story.

So people can leave false feedback and that's OK? Not only is it OK, but the "policy" allows it? Please explain how that is OK, because I really want to understand. The buyer lied about my shop and that is OK. If my product was bad, or I my boxing was bad or I didn't ship on time and that was reflected in their feedback, I would understand. But stating that I shipped to the wrong address is a lie. I shipped to the address that was given, which was his previous address. He just forgot to change it in his account. Now potential buyers see this and think it was my fault. If I reply to his feedback and call him out, you and I both know he will change the feedback to negative. I'd rather have neutral than negative.
I will never understand this policy and how lying became acceptable. When did ebay become what it is? I remember 20+ years ago making purchases and being confident I would get exactly what I ordered. Now, ebay has become a marketplace for scammers and degenerates. So many stories I have heard of people getting screwed. A buyer making a false claim and then getting refunded and also keeping the product. People not receiving exactly what they ordered. The list goes on.
Be on the right side of this. Stop letting the bullies win. Do the right thing. Don't be lazy, investigate, do your due diligence and make the right decision based on the evidence.
