I ordered shoes on March 11th and canceled on March 19th after the estimated delivery was the 22nd and there were no updates of it being shipped and was still on the “paid” step. I figured the shoes couldn’t have gotten to both the authenticator and me within 2 days. Upon this request I received an invoice on March 23 saying I cant get a refund because its too late(despite me still having not received updates from the seller and its still on the “paid” step) and I should be getting it on “March 22nd” . Im lost on what to and only so far contacted the seller who hadn’t reply.

What is the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase history? When it is at least one date past that last estimated delivery date, you can file an Item Not Received case to get your money back.
