Replacing NEW debit card

I had to replace my 'Method of Payment' , My Debit Card, With a new one with a New number.

I can't get Ebay's web pages to accept this new card. I have to use PayPal to pay for my purchases.

I have tried numerous time to submit the proper information. NOTHING WORKS1 I have no way of contacting

them.  Does anyone know how I can contact them?

@bluedog2017   Have you tried ADDING the new card and then deleting the old card on this page?

If that doesn't work then you'll need to contact customer service.   Agents on social media are more experienced and better for trouble shooting issues.
