Repaired a computer with System 11. Now no-one recognizes the computer as mine.

My computer  is NOT hacked. Because of the replaced cable modem and router it is not recognized as my computer. What I read is that this can happen if you have System 11. System 11 was also reloaded in case there could be a problem.
