Removing Negative Feedback

We are writing to express our concern and disappointment regarding the negative feedback left by the buyer on our account. After 23 years on eBay with a 100% positive feedback rating, we kindly request that you remove this negative feedback and the detailed seller ratings associated with it.

We firmly believe that we are not at fault in this transaction. We have made numerous attempts to contact the buyer through emails and phone calls to resolve the matter, but we have not received any response. Unfortunately, eBay has chosen to decline and deny our request to eliminate the negative feedback. This decision has left us thoroughly upset and perplexed.

We have sent you multiple messages providing all the necessary information regarding this transaction, yet the lack of response from the buyer has not been taken into consideration. We are committed to resolving any issues that arise, but in this case, we have been left without any means to address the buyer's concerns due to their lack of communication.

It is disheartening to see that eBay is not considering our long-standing positive track record and the efforts we have made to maintain our reputation. We do not understand why this negative feedback cannot be removed when we have clearly demonstrated that we are not at fault. The buyer's opinion should not be allowed to damage our reputation as a seller, especially when they have not responded to our attempts to resolve the issue.

We hope that you will reconsider your decision and take into account our dedication to providing excellent service to our buyers. We kindly request that you review our case once more and remove the negative feedback and detailed seller ratings left by this buyer.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
