Removed listing

How do I appeal a removed listing? It is not a prescribed item and there are many of them on ebay.  I tried to get through to a human on the phone but cannot get through.

What was the reason given for the removal?  Just because you see listings for the same item on ebay does not mean it is OK to list that item.

It says it is a perscribed item.

Thank you so much for your help, I was able to have an agent call me.

It was removed because I allowed International shipping and it may be a persribed item in some countries.

She said that I was allowed to relist but to remove the international shipping.
