I am having some difficult making an offer to a certain seller. It comes back with a message stating I can’t purchase because I have purchased from this seller in the last 10 days. I have never bought anything from this seller. The seller doesn’t know why I can’t make an offer either. She has attempted different things but it hasn’t worked. Can someone assist?
