Hello,

    I m writing in regards to my item that hasn't arrived to my address. I ordered a machine that weighs around 100lbs but the tracking shows 1.5lbs which isn't suppose to be. I asked ebay online for help but i was asked to ship the item back for refund. I never received a pkg and how am i suppose to send back? I have been searching for over the phone help but ebay doesn't have phoneline help. Please provide me the info on contacting Ebay via phone. Please provide customer service phone number. 

 Now I saw that my case was closed and i can't get my refund. Please help me.

Take the tracking number down to the carrier and have them use their GPS coordinates to locate where the item was delivered.  If it was NOT to your name/address, you need to get that statement on their letterhead (they don't need to say where it was delivered to, just not to you) and provide a copy when you file your appeal with ebay.
