Refuse a return

I have on my acct no returns accepted. The buyer is lying about the information on the product that I sold her. What can I do. It won’t let me refuse the return

Ebay wants you to accept the return, send a return label, and refund when you got the item back.

If you don't, the buyer can ask eBay to step in. Ebay can refund the buyer without requiring the buyer to return the item. And you will receive a nasty defect.
