Refusal to honor sale as listed

Seller trmo0n9u listed item 194531559559 with 3 options

Pick up only, start bid $50 and Buy it Now at $75 plus $15.95 shipping.   I  paid

$100.05 which included tax.  Got an order number and approx ship date.  Now they refuse to ship and refunded payment.  Is there anything I can do?

ebay cannot force a buyer to pay, nor can ebay force a seller to ship.  The best that is going to happen is a full refund.  The sales tax will be refunded by ebay, since the seller never received that amount.  The seller receives a defect recorded on his/her account for a cancelled transaction due to Out of stock/damaged item.
