Refunds

I mailed a order and tracking showed it was on its way but then it disappeared in transit.   Who pays me back for the money I’m out because the post office after I have to redu buyer.   Not far to me doing what I was suppose to do

The first thing you do is go and file for missing mail with USPS if that was your carrier.

Has your buyer contacted you with concerns because the item has not arrived?  If they haven't, great.  You have some time to try and get USPS to locate the package and get it moving again.  If your buyer has contacted you, let them know that you filed a claim with USPS and you will keep them informed on whatever you find out as soon as they contact you.  

 

Also watch the tracking.  You can go to www.usps.com , call up the tracking number and sign up for messages with updates every time the package moves.  This can be very helpful info to.
