I mailed a order and tracking showed it was on its way but then it disappeared in transit. Who pays me back for the money I’m out because the post office after I have to redu buyer. Not far to me doing what I was suppose to do

woops i asumed that you could get a warentee on all cells by purchasing when you paid for the cell. i donn't see the option. help. i'm worried now about what i got.
