Refunding a customer for overpayment on S&H

Since feebay can not improve anything only make it worse. How do I refund a customer for overpayment on S&H since the refund screen now only allows refunds for a certain item only. Hence making things worse.

You can issue full or partial refunds for items in Seller Hub up to 90 days after the original transaction. Here's how:

1. Locate the order in Seller Hub. https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord
2. From the dropdown menu, select Send refund.
3. Choose a reason for the refund.
4. Specify a refund amount for the item or for the order.
5. Enter the desired refund amount, and select Send refund.

The drop down refund no longer shows refund for S&H/other reason. Only allows refunding for each item paid for and only that amount.
