@aliramirez64 The seller may have decided that it was more cost efficient for them to refund you without paying for return shipping.
OR the seller may not realize that once they issue a refund it's not possible for the buyer to print the return label from the return request. IF this is what happened and the seller wants the item back then they need to buy a shipping label, I recommend Pirateship.com, then they send the label to you in an eBay message as JPG ( not PDF).
All of that to say.. you'll need to contact the seller and see what they want to do.
