Refunded before sending the shipping label

Hello, I was not aware of how to do the refund process correctly , so I refunded the buyer before receiving the item that I had sold. I’ve been contacting the buyer, but have not heard a response. I don’t know how to get her the shipping label so I can get my item back. Thank you

There is nothing you can do since you prematurely issued the buyer a refund before receiving the returned item.

When sellers issue refunds it indicates to the buyer that they do not need to return the item.
