Refund

Please help- I have an item that sold, the buyer paid but I have not sent the item. They do not want the item, I am trying to cancel the item (I have not received any payment) but the refund is not the amount they paid and some of refund is coming out of my bank. How do I cancel this item?

@biyanka   if u did not receive payment, why would u send a refund?
