Has anyone experienced ebay saying they would refund you and they put your money on a different card? Well I use a debit card for 3 years with them and was told they would refund me only to have them put it on a PayPal only refund which I have never used PayPal before with anything, they went as far to suggest I find someone who has PayPal to get my money! Who does that? I have decided not to buy from them anymore this has been going on since the middle of October over 14.00 SMH
