Hi @thenegoshi8r You have over 1,000 selling feedback. If you honestly don't know how to handle an item damaged in shipping at this point in the game, you have been extraordinarily lucky. The seller is responsible for getting the item to the buyer in the condition listed. Any shipping damage is on the seller. You can try an insurance claim with the shipper, but it will likely be denied. Rightly or wrongly, damage during shipping is typically blamed on the packaging. You need to work it out with your buyer. Ask them to send you a photo of the damage then refund them in full, the full amount they paid you including the shipping. Good luck!
