Refund to the buyer

Case number is 5330838335. I offered the buyer refund because i was out of country and couldn’t ship my sold item . I got paid through ebay $698.94 and this is the amount should be deducted from my account not more because i dint receive more money .

You can cancel the transaction (for being out of stock) and refund fully.
