To refund your buyer for shipping, select Send refund from the Action dropdown next to the transaction in your sold items list.
Duhhh, I thought to myself as I reas your helpful reply. Except when I went to the Action drop down menu on that specific transaction, there is no 'send refund' option and the top action before clicking the drop-down is 'purchase shipping label', which I do not need to do, but this is. different than all other "completed transactions". Any ideas? Attempting to attach a screenshot:
Not sure if that is a bug in the app or not. If you can look on a computer, you should be able to see the actions dropdown for the first transaction.
