The only way to refund the buyer without refunding each order would be to send the money to the buyer using PayPal or zelle or Venmo. That will not get any of your fees refunded. The other issue is that there would be no record of the refund in eBay, so if something happened to the package and the buyer opened claims, they would get full refunds.
I would do them one by one - do them in batches of 10 and it won’t seem so bad.
If you want to send the $, you will need to ask the buyer which service they use, and for their email address. You probably have their cell # on the order details, which zelle and Venmo can use.
