In your list of sold orders, select send refund from the pull down menu next to one of the items. Enter the amount, select the reason shipping adjustment and send.
If you have not printed the label yet, you can have eBay combine the items into a single order. On the purchase label page, click buy labels in bulk at the top left, then click combine by buyer.
