Refund issued in error

How do I recovery a refund sent by mistake? Buyer did not receive goods, so I issued a refund.  Buyer then texts that they finally received the goods.  How do I get my refund back as a seller?

Once the buyer has been refunded, they are not required to return the item or repay you.

Have you been in touch with the buyer and are they amenable to returning the item?

If so, you can provide them with a prepaid return shipping label.

Or are they amenable to repaying you?

If so, you can send them a Paypal invoice or money request from one of the online payment methods.
