Refund from seller question

Hi, I have a buyer request for a refund because her item arrived damaged.  Do I refund her the item price or the item price plus the shipping cost?

If you want the item back, once you receive it you'll refund her payment in full. You'll also pay for return shipping. If you don't want the item back, refund in full now.

Hi @clever2775 

Did the Buyer supply pictures of both the item AND the package showing the damage?  If not I would request that before doing anything else.

If the refund request is justifiable, it makes more sense to simply agree on an amount, not making it specific to either shipping or the item.
