Receiving anonymous packages. HELP!

I have received 2 packages in the span of one week sent from someone who bought them on ebay.  But there is no info as to who sent them to me.  One can be seen as threatening.  I have order numbers.  How do I find out who is sending this to me?

I am trying to contact ebay, and get in touch with a real person, but its impossible.
