Refund for item that was returned to sender from customs

    I am currently deployed and purchased a used smartphone to ship to my APO. But it was rejected at customs and the status is still stuck on "Return to Sender Processed" and "Released from US Customs". I tried contacting the seller that the phone was returned to sender due to USPS restrictions (My fault, should've checked that before purchasing) but haven't heard from them in over a week. When should I expect the seller to receive the item back? Sorry if this is a stupid question, this is my first time buying anything outside of the USIMG_0079.jpeg
