Bought a Blood pressure watch for $107 in April this year.
Because the item was not as described, the Seller agreed to take back the item and refund my money.
And here is where eBay completely lost control of the whole deal:
The seller is in China and has no way to send me a return slip. Instead, they asked for my PayPal account, sent me the shipping label money and I went to the postal office and returned it to China. The seller sent the refund to me via eBay. eBay closed the case because I contacted PayPal. Now eBay has my money but with the case closed, they will not deal with me, because I dared to contact PayPal asking them how to solve a case like this. So eBay is hiding behind laws and regulations, they have created to deny my refund !!!
