Refund for Unused Expensive USPS Label

Hi all,

I accidentally bought a $125 USPS label but didn’t use it and purchased a cheaper one instead. My account shows a negative balance, but the refund hasn’t come through yet.

Has anyone dealt with this? Should I contact USPS, or will it process automatically? How long does it usually take?

You can cancel a label within 28 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through once you cancel the label.
