Yesterday I spoke with a second level assistant, who told me that a refound can be done on another credit card that was not the one used for the original purchase.
Has anyone done this before? What worries me is that she told me that once I make the refound request, I should go to the support chat and tell them which card the refound should go to before it is processed on the original card from the first purchase. But speaking with an assistant is quite a challenge since the automatic chat only wants to refer me by call and I need a quick chat for this case with an assistant but by chat.
