Did not complete a listing and I cannot delete it!!!

Help!!! I would not sell this jacket for any less than $300..It cost $4000. Why are people bidding. I did not submit it! Help Juli

Whether you intended to or not, you did apparently complete the listing process with the minimum details required, including a starting bid.  That said, feel free to cancel the active bids first, then end the listing, if it has more than 12 hours remaining on the auction.  You can see the description of how to do that and for what reasons you may do that here: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/listings/creating-managing-listings/ending-listing?id=4146
