hola tengo 2 reembolsos pendientes , sin embargo ya pasaron mas de 30 días y no eh recibido el dinero, pague con tarjeta de débito, alguien sabe como puedo comunicarme con eBay al respecto o como puedo saber si mi dinero regresara? ya que los vendedores ya no respondieron, me ayudaría mucho ya que es una de las primeras veces que compro gracias.

Refunds go back to the funding source.  Since you used a debit card, look for the refund in your checking account.

You are located in Peru.  Which ebay site did you register on?  This is ebay.com, the USA site, which only has call backs from the customer service reps if you are located in the USA or Canada.  For all others, there is only the online CHAT option.
