Recently bought items

I’d like to return something and get my money back, but the item is not showing up in my “recently purchased” when I try to start the return process. Is this because the seller does not accept refunds? Or is it another issue?

Perhaps you made the purchase as a guest or under a different Ebay account?

Do you have the Order Confirmation email that Ebay sent you when you purchased the item?

When did you purchase the item?
