Receiving error message when purchasing shipping label

Hello, 

I recently sold an item and when I try to purchase the shipping label, I get an error message, "A pending call was cancelled." After that occurs it just refreshes the page but doesn't allow me continue. How do I resolve this?

If this is the first shipping label you bought through Ebay?

If it is, you have to sign the billing agreement and it can't be done through the app.

Either us a PC or try using the browser on your mobile.
