Received wrong item

I ordered a blouse but was sent 2 blouses not similar to what I had ordered. I reached out to the seller but never received any word, no word about exchange or refund. What can I do?

Open a return request.

Open "not as described, wrong item sent"

The seller will need to provide a return label and refund you in full when you ship it back.

If the seller ignores you, after a few days you can ask eBay to step in if you have opened the request.
