I received a package with a “cup/tumbler lid”. I did not order it. it came from a distribution center listed. According to USPS it advises to keep or throw away is opened. —-They will not return the package once it’s opened. now what. Am I Going to start receiving random items I didn’t order? What’s the scam behind this???
