Received junk scrap

Was busy cleaning house. Telephone company turned off phone. For 2 days. while vendor contacted eBay. Closed my request to return case is 1200.00 paid for scrap metal tv2 tunlbe testers from a junk yard !! Ouch hurt pain. Do not have a tube tester after spent 1200.00$  usual a nice unit cost less 750 to 1000. I have two cases full of rusty metal parts that are not repairable.. much faith in ebay money back guarantee. Please, any advice? 

This was a scam listed as for parts. Other stores sell the tube testers as for parts too saying they work, showing inside pictures.  Fugured these eoukd be vlean inside, they appear to have been junked due to unusable no repair transformers inside along with rusty capacitors and smoked tubes. My phone service was off for 2 days whike i was cleaning house and after I paid my phone checked eBay and found the return case closed. Totally devastated!  I tried calling but it is after hours now.  I do have faith in ebay money back guarantee but I can see how stores are not all doing honorable business. I looked up the person who was messaging, NTC tech  has a store 60 mikes from here and found he has no technical training yet he is the vice president of a 6 person company. Rather then call, I kept all messages on eBay. Hard to do. 5 volumes of technical manuals I had reviewed and it seems the person I had contacted was not the person who he says"found" the units somewhere. Seems he sits in front of computer, a sales man. I was giving technical info to a salesman. Hard. To do 1000 characters. Anyway respectfully requested a return and he flat outs says no. The ad says very dirty for parts as is. But. Says "MINOR corrosion"and in fairly good shape. I swear, the machines are scrap metal, most likely sitting outside for many years. There is rust on an aluminum casing. Missing hinge pins for a cover and inside is full of dirt and melted transformer tar having been sitting outside for years rusting away. Had to have been in a scrap metal yard. And for good reason. Transformers . Main power transformers of both units have an internal short which in not a repairable. I checked doubtchecked triple checked and quadruple checked yo be sure before starting a return. The 2nd unit was not photo graphed, yet the reason for not accrptongvreturn is it may not be in the same condition. It is inside the same outside has been cleaned. I was really thinking I had 1200.00 dollars worth here and cleaned the panels looking nice but inside, melted transformer tar and sand and Heavy rust, bad capacitors and tubes at least a few I can not try any tubes because it doesn't have the necessary voltages from the main power transformers. They are not exactly the same trouble as there are 6 spears winding. I spent many long hours studying the manuals and schematics because I did not want to return them and made an honest effect to accept it but there isn't anything there I can use, I can not build 1 tube tester out of both units and even if I had parts to fix it with I have no work bench and there is do much rust inside it us sure yo have many many troubles I havent seen by eye  and chrcking eith meters that can't know until it has voltage applied out of the power transformers.
