Hi there, Perhaps someone knows how I might speak to ebay by phone. I received an item that was not what was described. Seller keeps saying, "Item has been received." I asked ebay for help, they replied, "I'm has been received." Nobody will read the information that the item received does NOT match the description. I ordered a FLANNEL pajama top and received a very lightweight pajama top, not FLANNEL. We have four feet of snow on the ground here, I was looking for FLANNEL. If any single person reads the note, they will see that the item received does not match the description. But, I am stuck in a frustrating loop. Any helpful suggestions on how I can reach ebay by phone and speak to a human? Thanks in advance.

Did you open a request for a refund and say the item is not as described?

Thank you. I ran into a road block, first thing. The seller does not take *returns,* therefore, it won't continue past that. I may have reached someone at ebay who might be able to help. This has not been the experience I used to enjoy with ebay. The great sellers are out there. There seems to be a higher number of the ones that aren't interested in making things right, or worse, who are purposely being deceptive, than there used to be. I still believe the good guys outnumber the bad. Thanks for trying to assist.

Even though the seller states No Returns, ebay's Money Back Guarantee trumps your seller's return policy if the Item is Not as Described. Make sure when you file the Returns Request that you select Not as Described, and then follow the prompts.
