I sold a Galaxy Book laptop to a Chinese buyer, and he requested a return because there was a defect, so I issued a return label.
But when I opened the returned box, there was a laptop box, so I processed a refund, but when I opened and checked inside the box, it was empty with Pocketmonster card..
I wonder how I can complain to eBay in this case.
Since the customer only put in a Pokemon card and not a laptop, the weight when we sent it and the weight when we received it are completely different.
It costs over 1600 USD. Please help me :'-(
