Received a warning from eBay because I left negative information on counterfeiters??

On the last two months I've lost over $7000 on eBay, I've left only honest information on counterfeiters. After reviewing online I have found this seems to be a policy of eBay to allow counterfeiters to exist well customers legitimate ones are left out in the cold. It will cost too much money to return these counterfeit coins, but I now believe the eBay is allowing, even encouraging and permitting counterfeiters to exist. Make it a difficulty to have a connection with the an eBay itself to report such activities. I have been with eBay for many years but now I have decided that I do not believe I can continue with them and their marketplace. I'm going to ask my team to bring up a website, to expose this practice on eBay I see there are many of these, so I'm asking my attorney also to contact the attorney general of North Carolina, as well as a federal trade commission and asked him to look into the practices of eBay and protecting such individuals. I have also spoken to the Secret Service and plan to turn over everything to them and ask them to launch a investigation into E-based practices.

If you use EBAY money back guarantee the seller must pay the return postage.

There is no way to lose money unless you do things wrong.

Go to

My ebay > Purchase History

Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You have 30 days from receipt of the item to do this.  You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

If the seller is from another country, s/he will have to send enough funds to cover return shipping, because the seller cannot provide a shipping label good in this country, or refund in full without having you return the item. If the seller does neither, click on the link to Ask ebay to step in, when it shows up in the case.
