Recalled Listing

I received an email from eBay saying I could not list an item because of a safety issue with the product.  I understand this concern, however I see other items being sold and have been sold recently.  Who, how can I contact Ebay about this issue?

If you see recalled items listed on Ebay or items with known safety issues, you can use the "Report" button on the listing page to report it to Ebay.
