Reaching an Ebay agent to speak with not automated robot

Can anyone help or suggest way to get around automated robot and speak with Ebay agent, numerous attempts made answering the pre selected reasons automated gives you and my reason but automated robot keeps replying that same choose pre selected choices, I have in each response 'I wish to speak with agent' and still nothing doing.
