Negative Feedback

I received negative feedback without even being notified that there was a problem. I could have rectified the problem. Is there anything I can do?

Has it been more than 30 days since the buyer left you a Negative? If so, then there is nothing you can do. If not,  if you can satisfy the buyer they might consider revising the feedback.
