Item not received but claim is no longer available

When the seller's expected delivery date is 60 days after the order isd placed, and the item is never received, there is no option to file an "Item not Received" claim after 60 days.  I tried on day 59, the last day of the expected delivery window and ebay said I must wait until that day had padded.  The next day, Item not receiveed was no longer an option.

It should be.... that's odd, you should be able to file an item not received case up to 30 days after the last expected delivery date.

Since the ebay case did not work now you can file one on paypal up to 180 days.

Follow all of the steps.   Do not let it time out.   Escalate the case after 7 days
