RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

A seller wants me to return a pillow that was NOT AS ADVERTISED! And when I received it, it was all compacted in a small bag to reduce their cost on shipping to me. But when I opened the small bag, the pillow began to fluff out to be a large 45x17x18 inches! (Which also by the way is not the size it was advertised to be (51x14 inches))! Now they want me to return it to them for me to get my refund and it will not fit back into the small bag (bag size=12x10x5 inches) that they mailed it to me in. So, for me to return it I would have to buy a big enough box to put it in (and to buy a big enough box for that size pillow at any store is around $150)! So I dont know what to do!

2 business days after tracking shows delivery back to the seller the eBay system will automatically refund you if the seller has not already done so.

If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to China or other countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.
