I listed a old car part. In description I listed as untested but appears to be in good condition. It was a fuel pump. This item I believe was new, but didn't advertise as new as knowing it has rubber diaphragms and the fact I can't test I only listed as appears in good condition, untested. I also stated no returns. Buyer bought item installed, it worked then immediately stopped as diaphragms were dry and failed. Buyer now demands refund, even though they sell rebuild kits. Why does eBay say Buyer is entitled to refund when I didn't mislead, and it is no different than selling any other used part.

Used means fully functioning.
You should have listed as for parts only Non working.

Be careful if you want the item back bc if the buyer opens a return request for a faulty item and you don't approve the return, ebay will refund them, back charge you (the seller) plus let the buyer keep the item
